Data is retained while you use the app. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
Shopify integration
When you install Swoop Survey on a Shopify store, we collect survey responses submitted on your thank you page. We also collect limited order and cart data from Shopify, such as products purchased and order details, to provide context for each response. When you uninstall Swoop Survey from your Shopify store, your data is deleted within 48 hours.
